In a move that has Disney fans rejoicing, the upcoming season of Disney’s animated comedy Frozen will be on the network.
In the past, Disney has tried to stay on the lower end of cable, as it is on network television.
The network will be celebrating the premiere of the upcoming second season of the hit series with a special Frozen Fever event, featuring an autograph signing, a Frozen Dance Party and a Frozen ice cream cone.
The network is hoping to bring in new fans to the show as well as those who haven’t been following the series on television.
Disney has a number of new shows planned for season 7, including an animated musical, a series of live-action movies and even an original animated feature.
The Frozen Fever concert will be hosted by the Disney Theatre Group, which is behind the animated musical.
The show will air every Saturday at 9 p.m.
ET on Disney Channel, with a live performance on Sunday.
